Start the year on the right foot: Be Positive about your life!

Negativity does not only exist in the thoughts although that is the most subtle form of negativity. It also resides in words and actions. We learned earlier how important words are in controlling your destiny. Therefore, there are some major words we should learn to part from such as the ones we used for gossiping, complaining, blaming, swearing, insulting and using sarcasm. Words contain some form of magic. You send a message to the Universe when you talk, a signal, a wave. When you send out a negative wave, you create a negative magic. I believe that speaking negatively is like spitting in the air, not taking into account the law of gravity or sending out a boomerang and not thinking it will make a round circle and come directly back at you. Usa Hero’s hall of Shame: Making heros out of criminals from Morgan Freeman’s comment

Connecticut shooting, Friday 14, 2012: Law of Attraction and destruction
I was shocked by Friday’s news and thought I would take a couple of days to meditate and pray. And what appears to me as SO obvious, is that I need to make http://wechangeworlds.com
even bigger so that the hero’s of this world are effectively the children and NOT the assassins of the children. I have had ENOUGH of the emphasis put on media to shine the light on the evil, negative and make heros out of killers. ENOUGH!!! I definitely need help to build wechangeworlds and if any of you has ideas on where one can find where to create more funds to develop the website, I would love to hear. I will need to hire people full time so that we have more and fresh news and we take the light and shine on the children…before more victims are made! This is my heart calling. If the Universe hears me, please answer my prayer! God and Angels come to me now!

Emotional intelligence at 35,000 feet

For a few months, I worked as a flight attendant. Thrilling experience where I learned once more the benefits of remaining calm at all times. After a couple of months of training, each new flight attendant was to take a first flight before earning her or his wings, which consists of the pin that bears your name. My first flight was to take me from Montreal to Vancouver. I was very existed not only because I was going to fly as a stewardess for the first time but because I had a long flight which I found was much more fun because you have time to chat with the others and eat more. Just Breathe!

We often forget about  the importance of breathing. We have taken that most vital part of our every day life for granted. We breathe high in our lungs, short breaths, inefficiently feeding our system with what we require the most as fuel. We can go without eating for a day, but breathing…
I just came back from my Tai Chi. Our teacher always finishes the class with a breathing technique to remind to keep our breathing low. The breathing technique he uses that should be done several times a day is a 4-7-8.

The art of forgiving

“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.” Mahatma Gandhi

The art of forgiveness is one to be mastered at all cost. I have lived through some harsh times: being beaten up; lied to; cheated on; yelled at; put down; mentally abused; let down by whom I trusted the most; left alone by who I cared for. Yet, I forgave. How? I understood that every single human being does the best with what he holds as tools. I have spent two years or so going through all the single events that created my past and I cannot but be thankful since they all created me. It is such a weird sensation, when we transform resentment into thankfulness. It is the greatest tool we have the change our future and our life. Continue reading “The art of forgiving”

A key to success and happiness : Your intuition

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.  Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” Steve Jobs Continue reading “A key to success and happiness : Your intuition”
